The design, as well as the choices in decoration, were thoughtfully selected to inspire images from the past while simultaneously offering all modern comforts.
The building is structured on five levels, each of which symbolically emphasizes a key feature of the island. The ground floor and basement, with natural wood, pebbles, rough surfaces of plaster and iron, emphasize the beauty of the topography of Rhodes, reminiscent of courtyards, alleys, and warm homes. This level prepares the guest for a subsequent level which reflects the beauty of the flowers, the sea, and the myths of the island. The top floor of the building is inspired by the Sun which is synonymous with Rhodes. The elements that dominate on this level are the stone, the white plaster, the reeds, the elaborate patterns on the cement tiles, the cement mortar in a soft gray shade and of course the wood that warms the space.
All levels hosting the eleven distinct themed suites, the private courtyard, and balconies, combined with the fittingly selected greenery, create an unparalleled sense of relaxation and privacy.
