The primary challenge was to create a space that would showcase the hotel's neglected folklore museum, located on the first floor.
Through our design approach, we aimed to transport the visitor into an explorer of the past, unearthing hidden treasures from the depths of the sea - which served as our central inspiration. Imaginary pathways reminiscent of wave movements bring invaluable exhibits to light, strategically placed near the reception area.
Both in outdoor and indoor spaces, our goal was to evoke a sense of "floating on water," achieved through undulating curves on floors and ceilings enhanced by concealed lighting, in addition to glass surfaces that reflected water transparency. Decorative glass elements of exquisite aesthetics complemented this direction harmoniously, while carefully positioned hints of sandy and aquamarine colors intricately compose the seaside scenery.
